We sit in the middle as a P2P Accra desk. GHS in on official MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or Ghana bank. CNY out on the QR you saved first. Until we confirm the Cedis arrived, yuan does not leave.
We do not clear customs. We do not book freight. We do not release goods. We report that we sent CNY to the QR on the ticket after GHS confirm.

Collect the payee QR before any GHS
Ask for a current WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP receive code that can take the RMB amount. A bill of lading photo is not enough. A WeChat ID typed into MoMo is not enough. A Ghana card will not settle their till.
If they have not sent a code yet, start with get a supplier receiving QR. Replace stale images before you pay. Old receiving QR.
Save that QR first on the Accra order. The official Ghana account stays hidden until it is stored. That gate is QR first.

Two payees means two tickets
An import often has more than one China wallet. Factory deposit. Freight agent. A trading company that takes the balance. Each QR is its own destination.
This desk fills one QR per order. If you must pay a factory and a forwarder, place two orders. Do not ask us to split one GHS credit across two China wallets.

Accra desk steps for an import payout
Register with a Ghana phone. Verify email. Open an offer on Buy RMB. Enter the Cedis you will send or the yuan the PO quoted. See the latest desk rate on the Rates page.
Attach the payee QR. Then pay the official MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or Ghana bank details on that order. Pay-in steps: MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, Ghana bank. Bank to a specific wallet: Ghana bank to WeChat Pay or Ghana bank to Alipay.
Upload proof and tap I Have Made Payment. The button notifies us. It does not finish the order. We match GHS. Then yuan goes to the import QR. After we confirm your GHS, MoMo and bank orders usually land in 15–30 minutes.
Nigeria-origin importers still pay GHS on this same Accra desk. There is no Naira import path. Buy RMB in Africa, GHS only.
What the supplier and the freight agent will not see
Your MoMo SMS or bank receipt is for Accra to match GHS. The China payee does not need that Ghana file. They need yuan on their QR.
The English and Chinese transaction pass can go to the payee once GHS is confirmed or RMB is sent. It is not a Chinese tax invoice. It is not a Ghana customs form. It is not proof that tapping notify finished the buy.
If goods stay at the factory or at the port, that dispute sits with the counterparty. Accra’s job was GHS matched and CNY sent to the saved QR. Do not send a second GHS payment because the carton has not moved.

What if the import payee only wants a Chinese bank account?
This desk cannot type a Chinese account into payout. Ask again for WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP. If they refuse, that is a bank CIPS or B2B collection job, not this ticket. There is no Naira import checkout.
