Collect the payee QR before any GHS
Ask for a current WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP receive code that can take the RMB amount. A bill of lading photo is not enough. A WeChat ID typed into MoMo is not enough. A Ghana card will not settle their till.
If they have not sent a code yet, start with get a supplier receiving QR. Replace stale images before you pay. Old receiving QR.

Two payees means two tickets
An import often has more than one China wallet. Factory deposit. Freight agent. A trading company that takes the balance. Each QR is its own destination.

What the supplier and the freight agent will not see
Your MoMo SMS or bank receipt is for Accra to match GHS. The China payee does not need that Ghana file. They need yuan on their QR.
The English and Chinese transaction pass can go to the payee once GHS is confirmed or RMB is sent. It is not a Chinese tax invoice. It is not a Ghana customs form. It is not proof that tapping notify finished the buy.
If goods stay at the factory or at the port, that dispute sits with the counterparty. Accra’s job was GHS matched and CNY sent to the saved QR. Do not send a second GHS payment because the carton has not moved.
