Taobao is a consumer shop, not a Ghana rail
People search pay Taobao from Ghana when a seller wants yuan on WeChat Pay or Alipay. Clothes. Phone parts. A small personal order. The shop is still in China. The till is still RMB.

What Taobao will not see
Your MoMo SMS or bank receipt is for Accra to match GHS. The Taobao seller does not need that Ghana file. They need yuan on their QR.
The English and Chinese transaction pass can go to the shop once GHS is confirmed or RMB is sent. It is not a Taobao tax invoice. It is not proof that tapping notify finished the buy.
If goods are not released, that dispute sits with the seller and Taobao. Accra’s job was GHS matched and CNY sent to the saved QR. Do not send a second GHS payment because the parcel has not moved.
