The button is easy to over-read. It is a customer notification plus proof upload, not settlement. Yuan leaves the desk only after an administrator confirms the GHS actually arrived.
What the button does
After you pay the official account, you enter the reference if you have one, attach proof of payment, and submit I Have Made Payment. The order moves into review so ops can match the Cedis.
That is the whole customer action. It does not mark Payment Confirmed, does not start RMB processing by itself, and does not set Completed.
What still has to happen
A person checks that the GHS landed on the official MTN, Telecel, or bank account for that order. Then the desk processes RMB to the WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP QR already on file. You will see RMB Sent, then Completed.
If proof is missing, unreadable, or the amount does not match, review stalls. Re-read the amount on the transaction and the account you paid. The process is also on How it works and in the FAQ.
What not to expect
Do not treat the click as a paid-in-full receipt for a supplier. Use the bilingual transaction pass only once the order status actually supports it. Do not send a second payment because the button did not “finish” anything — wait for desk status.
