Desk rules
Only pay the official account on your transaction page, after your receiving QR is saved. We cannot recover money sent elsewhere.
- Save WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP before you look for a MoMo number.
- “I Have Made Payment” only alerts the desk. It does not finish the order.
- Never send money to a personal WhatsApp. The desk line is the number on this page.
