Suppliers in China often want a short status in Chinese. The desk receipt is a transaction pass: English labels plus a Chinese status line, meant to screenshot or share. It reports the order. It does not replace admin confirmation.
What is on the pass
Once the order is far enough along, the pass shows company name, order ID, optional payment reference, GHS paid, RMB amount, the locked rate for that order, QR type, English status, Accra time, and a Chinese status such as 已确认加纳塞地, 人民币已汇出, or 已完成.
The rate on the pass is the order’s locked figure, not a marketing quote. This article does not print a numeric GHS per yuan.
When to share it
Share it with the WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP recipient so they can see amounts and status in both languages. It is most useful after GHS is confirmed or RMB is sent — not immediately after you click I Have Made Payment.
If status is still pending payment, the pass is not evidence that yuan has moved. Wait for the timeline on the transaction page after you log in.
What the receipt is not
It is not a bank SWIFT copy, not a Chinese tax invoice, and not a guarantee of arrival time. Typical fulfillment after GHS confirm is around 30 minutes; see how long a buy takes.
