The desk matches GHS to an order with a person, not with a guess. A readable screenshot of the MTN or Telecel SMS, or the Ghana bank receipt, is required when you confirm payment.
What to upload
Use the confirmation that shows the amount you sent, a reference if the rail issued one, and the date. Cropped images that hide the amount slow matching. PDFs and photos are accepted in the live upload field on the transaction.
Pay first to the official account shown after your QR was saved. Proof of a transfer to a different number does not help. Rails: MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, Ghana bank.
How proof fits the button
Proof is attached on the same form as I Have Made Payment. Together they notify the desk and put the order in review. Neither step sends RMB. Neither step completes the buy.
After review, an administrator confirms GHS. Typical RMB processing after that confirmation is around 30 minutes — a target, not a promise. Timing guide.
Keep the file, don’t chase unofficial accounts
Keep the SMS or receipt until the order is completed. If matching needs a second look, the same image is the record. Do not send extra Cedis to a chat contact to “prove” payment.
