Yuan is sent after confirmation. After we confirm your GHS, MoMo and bank orders usually land in 15–30 minutes.
When the 15–30 minute clock starts
It starts after we confirm GHS — not when you tap I Have Made Payment, and not when MoMo shows a debit. A person at the desk matches the official account on the order.

What the 15–30 minutes covers
After we confirm your GHS, MoMo and bank orders usually land in 15–30 minutes. That is MoMo and bank on the same clock. It is not a five-minute Alipay promise. An unreadable QR or a destination that cannot take the amount delays the send.

What you can do while you wait
Watch the transaction timeline after you log in. Status goes through review, GHS confirmed, processing RMB, RMB sent, then completed. The bilingual receipt is for sharing with a recipient once those statuses exist — not to force a faster payout.
Do not send a second GHS payment to “hurry” the desk. If the QR is wrong and GHS has not been matched or confirmed, replace it as described in old receiving QR.
