Customers sometimes expect a MoMo number as soon as they open a buy. On this desk the official Ghana payment account is shown only after a receiving QR is saved on the order. That is deliberate.
What “QR first” means
A buy starts with a live offer and a GHS or CNY amount. Next you attach WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP. Until that image is stored on the order, the MoMo or bank details stay off the page. The same rule is on How it works and Payment methods.
The QR must be able to receive the RMB amount on the order. A code that cannot accept the payout will stall fulfillment even if GHS later arrives.
Why the desk waits
Yuan is sent to a destination you control. If the Ghana account were shown first, people would pay, then discover they had no usable China-side QR. The gate keeps GHS and RMB on the same order.
You can keep receiving QRs on your profile and reuse them. You can replace an order QR until RMB processing has started. After that, the destination is locked. Details are in old receiving QRs.
What you pay after the QR is saved
Once the QR is on file, copy the official MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or Ghana bank account for that order. Rails are explained in MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and Ghana bank transfer.
Do not send Cedis to a number from chat, SMS, or a screenshot that is not on your transaction page.
