Save a WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP receiving QR on the order before any Ghana account appears.

Upload proof and wait. “I Have Made Payment” notifies the desk. It does not finish the order.

Yuan is sent after confirmation. About 30 minutes after confirm is typical. Target, not a guarantee.
What to ask for
Ask for a receive code generated today. WeChat Pay collection. Alipay collection. Or NIP if that is how they take RMB. Personal or merchant can work if the code can accept the amount on your PO.
Say the yuan amount. A tiny personal limit will stall fulfillment even if your GHS later arrives. A last-month shop QR can stall it. Replace stale files before you pay. Old receiving QR.
Do not accept a Ghana MoMo number “for the factory”. Do not accept a chat account that is not on your RMB Market order. Official GHS appears only after the China QR is saved.

How to ask a 1688, Taobao, or Alibaba.com shop
1688 shops often already collect WeChat Pay or Alipay. Message the seller. Ask for a receive code for this PO. Then follow pay 1688 from Ghana.
Taobao shops are the same ask, different marketplace. Pay Taobao from Ghana.
Alibaba.com is not 1688. Some suppliers want Trade Assurance or a card. Ask whether they can also receive a wallet QR. If yes, we can fund it. If no, this desk cannot finish their Alibaba.com checkout. Pay Alibaba.com from Ghana.

What to send them after you have the code
Save the QR on Buy RMB. Pay official GHS. Wait for us to confirm. Then yuan hits their wallet. About 30 minutes after confirm is typical. Target, not a guarantee.
They do not need your MoMo SMS. They need CNY. You may later share the bilingual receipt when status supports it.
If they refuse a QR
Ask once more. Some factories send a bank account first by habit. Explain that this Accra desk pays WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP only.
If they will only take a Chinese bank account, that is a bank CIPS or B2B collection job. Honest, no invented fees: desk vs bank vs bureau vs agent. Do not pay GHS here hoping we will wire CNAPS.
From Nigeria or elsewhere in Africa, the ask does not change. Still a China QR. Still GHS on Accra. Buy RMB in Africa, GHS only.
After the QR is in your hand
Late-stage WeChat Pay path: pay a supplier’s WeChat Pay QR from Ghana. Alipay destination: fund Alipay from Ghana.
You may replace the order QR until GHS is matched or confirmed. After that, the destination is locked. A new wallet needs a new Accra order.
Get the QR, then place the order
Do not pay official GHS first and hunt a code later. That is the failure QR-first exists to stop. Obtain the receive image. Save it. Then pay.

How do I get a supplier receiving QR?
Ask the factory or shop to generate a current WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP receive code that can take the RMB amount. A storefront screenshot is not enough. Save that QR on the Accra order before any Ghana account appears.

What if the supplier will not send a QR?
This desk cannot type a Chinese bank account, SWIFT, or UnionPay number into payout. Ask again for WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP. If they only take a bank account, that is a bank CIPS or B2B collection job, not this desk.
