Alipay is a CNY wallet, not a Ghana rail
Funding Alipay from Ghana means getting yuan onto an Alipay account the recipient controls. It does not mean linking MTN to Alipay, paying a Ghana card inside the Alipay app, or typing an Alipay email into MoMo. Those hops do not exist on this desk.
You send GHS to the official MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or Ghana bank account on your RMB Market order. Accra confirms arrival. Then CNY is sent to the Alipay QR saved on that order. WeChat Pay and NIP work the same way if that is the destination instead.
Family support, a shop collection, and a factory Alipay all look the same from Accra: GHS in, QR out. The recipient’s Alipay balance is theirs to spend in China. This desk does not control Alipay limits, Alipay KYC, or whether a mainland merchant accepts that wallet later.
Live GHS per yuan is on the rates page and locks when you buy. This article quotes no number.
What a usable Alipay QR is
The QR must be able to receive the RMB amount on the order. A personal Alipay collection code can work. A merchant or shop code can work. A code that is display-only, expired, or capped below the payout will not, even if the PNG looks sharp.
Ask the recipient to generate a current receive code from Alipay, not a photo of a till from last year. If they are a 1688 seller, the code still has to accept the amount — see pay 1688 from Ghana when the counterparty is a shop.
Save that image on the order before any Ghana account appears. QR first is how the official GHS number is unlocked and how you avoid paying a chat contact.
Keep saved Alipay QRs on your profile if you reuse the same recipient. Still confirm the code can take this order’s amount. A profile save does not bypass QR-first on a new buy.

Create an account with a Ghana phone, verify email, open live offers. Quote GHS or CNY. Attach the Alipay QR. Copy only the official Ghana account that then appears.
Pay the exact locked GHS on MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or bank — whichever you selected. Rail guides: MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, Ghana bank. MoMo does not go into Alipay directly; it pays this desk.
Upload proof of payment and tap I Have Made Payment. Accra confirms GHS, then processes CNY to the Alipay QR. Typical time after confirm is about 30 minutes — timing.

Alipay pitfalls: old QR, personal vs merchant
Old QR: shops change wallets. A code that worked for a sample order may refuse a larger amount. Replace the image before you pay GHS. You can change a receiving QR until GHS is matched or confirmed; after that it is locked. Old receiving QRs.
Personal vs merchant: this desk does not require a merchant certificate. It requires a code that can receive the payout. If a personal Alipay limit is too low, get a merchant code or a different wallet (WeChat Pay or NIP) that can take the amount. Do not pay GHS hoping the limit will lift.
Wrong app: saving a WeChat screenshot on an order labelled Alipay, or the reverse, sends yuan to the file on the ticket. Match the QR type to what the recipient opened.
Alipay barcode vs payment QR: the recipient should send a collection / receive code, not a code meant for them to pay someone else. If you are unsure, ask them to generate a new receive QR in Alipay and screenshot that screen. Replace it on the order before GHS if they sent the wrong type.
Timing, proof, and what not to expect
The 30-minute target starts after GHS confirm, not when Alipay still shows zero and not when MoMo deducts. Unreadable proof delays confirm. Bank credits can sit longer than MoMo.
This is not an in-app Alipay top-up, not a ranking against other desks, and not a Naira product. Nigeria-origin funding still needs Ghana Cedis.
Do not send GHS to a personal WhatsApp because someone claimed they can “load Alipay tonight”. Official collection details appear only after the Alipay QR is saved on the order. Escalate questions through the logged-in transaction if matching stalls — this guide does not use chat as a payment CTA.
