There is no direct Telecel Cash to Alipay hop
Typing an Alipay ID into Telecel Cash does not fund Alipay. Opening Alipay in Accra and looking for a Telecel button does not do it. A screenshot of a friend’s Alipay is not a Ghana collection account.

Paying Telecel Cash to WeChat uses the same steps. Save the QR first. Same official Telecel wallet. We confirm your Cedis, then yuan goes out. Only the China wallet changes. Do not save a WeChat screenshot on an order you labelled Alipay. We send yuan to the file on the ticket.
The product does not change because you chose Telecel instead of MTN. Register with a Ghana phone. Verify email. Open an offer. Save the Alipay QR. Pay the official Telecel details. Wait.
Pick Telecel Cash at checkout only if that is how you will actually send GHS. The official account you see later matches the method on the order.
Vodafone Cash was the old brand. It is now Telecel Cash. There is no separate Vodafone Ghana payment method. If your wallet app still says Vodafone, you still pay the Telecel details printed on the order. Brand steps: Vodafone Cash to CNY.
QR first, then the official Telecel number
Attach a mainland Alipay receive code before any Ghana wallet appears. Personal or merchant is fine if it can take the RMB amount. Hong Kong Alipay is a different wallet. Wrong QR fails. Alipay mainland vs Hong Kong. Gate: QR first.
Copy only the Telecel number and name on that order. Send the locked GHS total. Keep the confirmation SMS. Upload proof of payment.

I Have Made Payment tells Accra you sent Cedis. An administrator still has to match the GHS. Yuan is not released by the button.

Is Telecel Cash to Alipay the same as Telecel Cash to WeChat Pay?
