There is no direct Telecel Cash to Alipay rail
Typing an Alipay ID into Telecel Cash does not fund Alipay. Opening Alipay in Accra and looking for a Telecel button does not do it. A screenshot of a friend’s Alipay is not a Ghana collection account.
