There is no direct Telecel Cash to WeChat Pay rail
Typing a WeChat ID into Telecel Cash does not fund WeChat Pay. Opening WeChat in Accra and looking for a Telecel button does not do it. A screenshot of a friend’s WeChat is not a Ghana collection account.
