What this desk funds
The product sends Chinese yuan to a mainland Alipay receive code that can take the amount. Personal or merchant is fine. Capability matters. The label “mainland” here means a code generated in mainland Alipay for collection, not a Hong Kong wallet screenshot.
We sit in the middle. Official MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or Ghana bank in. Mainland Alipay, WeChat Pay, or NIP out after confirm. We do not type an Alipay email into MoMo. We do not top up AlipayHK from a Ghana card.

Why a Hong Kong QR fails here
AlipayHK and mainland Alipay are not the same wallet. A code from the Hong Kong app can look like Alipay and still refuse a mainland payout. We send yuan to the image on the ticket. The wrong QR fails even if GHS later arrives.
This page does not invent a Ghana-to-AlipayHK rail. It does not invent a mainland-to-HK conversion hop. If the recipient only has AlipayHK, ask them for a mainland Alipay collect code, or switch the order to WeChat Pay or NIP if that is what they actually use.
A Hong Kong tourist wallet, an AlipayHK cash-in code, or a FPS-looking screenshot is still the wrong file. Do not pay GHS hoping Accra can “convert it later”. We cannot. Replace the QR first. Then pay official Ghana Cedis.

How to check you have the right Alipay
Ask the recipient to open mainland Alipay and generate a current receive or collection code. Not a payment QR meant for them to pay someone else. Not a till photo from last year. Not an AlipayHK home-screen crop.
Save that image on the order. Then pay official GHS. Bank pay-in: Ghana bank to Alipay.
