There is no direct MoMo → Alipay rail
MTN Mobile Money moves Ghana Cedis. Alipay holds Chinese yuan. Those networks do not settle each other when you type an Alipay ID into MoMo. They do not settle each other when you open Alipay in Accra and look for an MTN button.
We sit in the middle. GHS in on the official MTN account shown on your order. CNY out on the Alipay QR you saved first. Until Accra confirms the Cedis, yuan does not leave.
If someone offers a personal MoMo number in chat “because Alipay is ready”, that is not this product. The official Ghana number stays hidden until the Alipay QR is on the order.

MoMo to WeChat Pay uses a WeChat receiving QR. MoMo to Alipay Ghana uses an Alipay receiving QR. Both still require QR first. Both still pay official MTN. Both still wait for us to confirm GHS.
Do not save a WeChat screenshot on an order you labelled Alipay. We send yuan to the file on the ticket. Match the QR to the app the recipient opened.

QR first, then the official MTN number
Attach Alipay on the order. Until that image is stored, the Ghana MTN account does not appear. QR first is how we keep payment and payout on one ticket.
Copy only the MTN number and account name on that order. Send the exact locked GHS. Keep the confirmation SMS. Upload it as proof of payment.
Then tap I Have Made Payment. The button notifies us. It does not complete the buy. It does not load Alipay by itself.
After confirm, yuan hits Alipay

The 30-minute clock does not start when MoMo deducts. It starts when Accra confirms. Bank is a different rail and can sit longer. If you chose MTN, stay on MTN.
