Those jobs do not substitute. A CIPS credit does not become WeChat Pay because you showed a screenshot. A desk QR fill does not become a Chinese bank wire because you typed an account number.

Honest fit matrix
Use the Accra desk when the recipient can take WeChat Pay, Alipay, or NIP and you can pay Ghana Cedis to the official order account. Factory QR, shop QR, family wallet. Same ticket. Pay a Chinese factory from Ghana if the PO is factory-shaped.

How the Accra side actually runs
